3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or benefits.

3.4 Prohibited Users

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if:

4.3 Accuracy of Information

6. Payments & Transactions

6.1 Platform Role

n786 is an information and guidance platform. We do not process, hold or facilitate financial transactions on behalf of Users. All deposits, withdrawals and financial transactions are conducted directly between Users and the relevant Operator through that Operator's payment infrastructure.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, n786, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any financial loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if n786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 Cap on Liability

12.3 Gambling Losses

n786 expressly accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users on any Operator platform, whether or not that Operator is referenced on this Platform. Gambling involves financial risk. n786's role is informational only, and the decision to place any bet or wager rests solely with the User.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by n786

n786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other Users or third parties;
• Violated any Applicable Law in connection with your use of the Platform; or
• Failed to satisfy applicable KYC or age-verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure. If you are self-excluding for responsible gambling reasons, please also notify the relevant Operator directly to activate self-exclusion at the operator level.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting n786 at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies available under Applicable Law.

15. Changes to These Terms

n786 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Users by email or through an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as set out in Section 13.2.
